Teriyaki Jackfruit Lettuce Wraps

red bell pepper
Drain, rinse and shred canned jackfruit.
In a large skillet, heat oil and saute garlic.
Add in shredded jackfruit, red bell pepper, and water chestnuts.
Stir in teriyaki sauce and bring to a simmer.
Serve in a lettuce wrap with rice.
