RUSTIC  GARLIC MASHED POTATOES

These are the ultimate Garlic Mashed Potatoes, made with both whole garlic cloves and garlic powder in a rustic mash of red potatoes with their skin on – no peeling required

INGREDIENTS

- Red Potatoes - Garlic - Garlic Powder - Half-and-Half or milk - Butter - Salt & Pepper - Chives (optional)

Add diced potatoes and peeled garlic cloves in a pan covered with water and a pinch of salt. Boil until tender.

Warm a small saucepan with half-and-half and butter.

Once potatoes are tender, drain and add warm butter and cream.

Mash until completely combined, some lumps are ok! Taste test for salt levels, too.

Serve with chives and additional butter as desired.
