30 MINS!
1
Saute black beans with diced green chiles and taco seasoning until saucy.
2
In the same pan the beans cooked in, crisp up the frozen hash browns (this gives them some of the taco flavors, too!).
3
Whisk the eggs, then soft scramble them in butter. Add cheese, too!
4
Prepare all the fillings before assembly, so the tortillas don't get soggy.
5
Place a tortilla on foil (if freezing) and layer the fillings in the center.
6
Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll up the bottom, continuing to fold until the burrito is formed.
7
Place completely cooled tortillas in a freezer bag, and store in the freezer until ready to enjoy.
8
Reheat in the microwave (without foil), oven, or air fryer. Enjoy with salsa or your favorite toppings!
