Vegetarian Buffalo Chicken Dip with Jackfruit

You are going to love this vegetarian dip; it’s just like buffalo chicken dip but without the chicken! It's made with shredded jackfruit for texture, loaded with cheese and buffalo sauce. It’s easy to make, ready in under 30 minutes!

- Canned Jackfruit (in brine) - Cream Cheese - Sour Cream - Mozzarella - Cheddar - Green Onions - Dried Parsley - Onion Powder - Garlic - Frank's Red Hot Sauce - Soy Sauce 

INGREDIENTS

Shred the jackfruit pieces using your hands, dicing the "base" as needed.

Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl, then add the jackfruit until stirred together.

Spread in a small baker, and top with additional cheese if desired.

Bake until bubbly and golden. Broil the cheese top if desired.

Garnish with blue cheese crumbles, green onion, and a drizzle of Frank's Red Hot.
