Vegetarian Burrito Bowls are easy to make with a black bean and mushroom base and endless topping possibilities. A quick, healthy dinner that’s ready in under 20 minutes!

INGREDIENTS:

- Mushrooms - Black Beans  - Frozen Corn - Spices - Rice - Toppings

Make a batch of cilantro lime rice if you'd like - or use premade rice.

Saute mushrooms, then add black beans, spices, and frozen corn until heated through.
