VEGETARIAN CHARCUTERIE BOARD

INGREDIENTS:

- Aged, Soft, and        Blue Cheeses - Olives, pickles,        and artichokes - Roasted Tomatoes - Mixed Nuts - Berries or Fruit - Celery - Jam and Honey - Crackers and          Crostini

A budget-friendly board:

Go through your pantry and cupboards and use leftover nuts, dried fruits, jams, and more! Whatever you have on hand - use it!

Make it super easy:

Get store-bought items instead of making them (like roasted tomatoes) to make your life easier! It's ok!

If using crostini, prepare it in the oven as you assemble the board.

Items like roasted tomatoes, marinated artichokes, and (vegetarian) parmesan cheese add a lot of umami flavor!

First, place anything in bowls on the board in a spread out triangle shape.

Then add in the cheeses, already sliced if they're a harder cheese.

Fill in the remaining space with crackers, veggies, and fruits, finishing any little spaces with nuts and smaller berries.
