VEGETARIAN MEZZE PLATTER

(Mediterranean Charcuterie Board)

Create a stunning vegetarian mezze platter (i.e. Mediterranean charcuterie board) filled with your favorite Mediterranean foods & dips for your next party or snacky dinner! It’s beautiful, easy to make, and many of the items can be made ahead of time or store-bought for quick assembly!

Basic Outline

Dips – at least 3 varieties – Veggies – use 3-5 varieties  – Cheese – 1-2 – Falafel and other finger foods like dolmas – Fruit  - Olives and peppadew peppers - Pita Bread

Make any dips either ahead of time or before assembling the board. Romesco is a great make-ahead!

First spread any dips on the platter, or place them in bowls on the board.

Add any larger items next, like falafel, whole carrots, cucumbers, and pita slices.

Next, add in the next smaller items like marinated feta, olives, grapes, peppers, etc.

Fill in any remaining space with additional items, like nuts, or garnish with fresh parsley.

Feel free to place any bowls outside of the board if needed, too! Like extra pita!!
