VEGETARIAN PIGS IN A BLANKET

Now you can make your favorite childhood snack meatless with these Vegetarian Pigs in a Blanket. They’re made without meat substitutes and instead use “carrot dogs” for a nutritious, fun, and easy-to-make appetizer!

- Baby Carrots - Marinade:     -Soy Sauce + Water     - Rice Vinegar     - Liquid Smoke     - Garlic     - White Pepper     - Onion Powder     - Sesame Oil     - Brown Sugar - Crescent Rolls

INGREDEINTS

Whisk together the marinade ingredients and add carrots. Let marinade for 12-24 hours.

Add the marinade and carrots in a saucepan and boil until tender.

Drain carrots and let cool slightly. Cut Crescent rolls in half.

Place a carrot on the wide edge of the dough.

Roll the dough around  the carrot.

Transfer the rolled carrot to a baking sheet.

Top the rolls with bagel seasoning if desired.

Bake until golden brown.

Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
