Gather the ingredients: zucchini, corn, brie, garlic, shallot, and spices.
Use a vegetable peeler to make zucchini ribbons.
Brush olive oil on naan flatbreads.
Add thinly sliced garlic and shallot.
Layer on zucchini ribbons.
Add slices of brie across the flatbread.
