Make this easy ranch snack mix for your next party, game day, or kids' play date. Ready in just 20 minutes after toasting in the oven, this crunchy mix made with homemade ranch seasoning is a savory party snack everyone will love!
Pour the melted butter over, stirring while doing so if possible to coat evenly. Very quickly after, sprinkle on the dry ranch seasoning, and stir to coat.
¼ cup unsalted butter, 3 Tablespoons dry ranch seasoning
Spread the mixture evenly across a large rimmed baking sheet. Bake for 17-20 minutes, tossing 2-3 times throughout the cooking process. The goal is to get the mixture toasted and "cook" the butter and seasoning into the crunchy pieces.
Notes
Salt: there's typically no need to add additional salt to this mix. The ranch seasoning (homemade or store-bought) has added salt for flavor, and the crunch-items themselves are salted. If your situation differs and they are unsalted, in that case, I would suggest adding additional salt.
