Smash Cucumbers: using the back of a Chef's knife, press down on the cucumber to smash it (as you would with garlic cloves). You can also use a large knife or just the palm of your hand. Cut the smashed cucumber into approximately 1-inch sections and break it apart as needed.
2 mini cucumbers
Place the smashed cucumber pieces on a plate or small bowl and sprinkle with salt. Drizzle with chili oil and crisp and goat cheese. Garnish with fresh cilantro as desired.
