Cheers to the holiday season with a festive Cranberry Rosemary Prosecco Cocktail! It's made with rosemary simple syrup, cranberry juice, bubbly Prosecco, and garnished with sugar-coated cranberries. This Christmas-worthy cocktail is easy-to-make, light, and refreshing!
Make the rosemary simple syrup. I highly recommend making this ahead of time so you can make the cocktails even easier!
For 1 Cocktail: In a wine glass or champagne flute, add 1 oz. rosemary simple syrup, 1 oz. cranberry juice, and top off with approximately 5 oz. prosecco. Adjust amounts according to your tastes as needed (if you use sweetened cranberry juice you may want to use more/less depending on your preferred sweetness level). Continue with the remaining glasses as needed.
Garnish with an additional rosemary sprig and sugar-coated cranberries as desired. Cheers, and enjoy responsibly!
Notes
Make the rosemary simple syrup ahead of time and store it in an airtight container in the fridge until ready to use.
Making fewer cocktails? Seal the prosecco bottle back up and place it in the fridge until you're ready to make more. You'll want to use the prosecco within a day, as it will lose its fizz.
