HOMEMADE RANCH POPCORN

When homemade popcorn pairs up with ranch seasoning, it’s a match made in heaven. It’s tangy, herby, and savory with garlic and onion, parsley, and dill – you won’t be able to get enough of this easy snack.

INGREDIENTS

- Popcorn Kernels - Oil of Choice - Butter  - Dried Parsley - Onion and Garlic Powder - Dried Chives - Sea Salt - Buttermilk Powder

Where do I find buttermilk powder?

Find it in the baking aisle of your local grocery store, or near the powdered milk. It gives this seasoning the main "ranch" vibe.

1

Stir together the ranch seasoning ingredients and set aside.

2

Pour oil into a large heavy-bottomed stockpot or Dutch oven.

3

Add 3 popcorn kernels over high heat. Cover, and wait for them to pop.

4

Once the kernels have popped, it's a signal that the oil is hot enough and the popcorn will pop evenly.

5

Immediately add the popcorn kernels to the pan.

6

Immediately cover and remove from heat, swooshing back and forth for 20 seconds.

7

Return back to the heat, and allow the popcorn kernels to pop away!

8

Pour the popcorn into a large serving bowl.

9

Toss with melted butter making sure it's completely coated (a bowl with a lid helps!).

10

Sprinkle in the ranch seasoning and toss well until the popcorn is completely and evenly coated.
