Iced Coffee vs. Cold Brew
Got a grinder? Only use it for the coarsest setting. Otherwise, have it done at a local coffee shop.
Place coffee grounds in a quart-sized mason jar or measuring cup.
Pour filtered watered over the grounds.
Be sure to saturate all of the coffee grounds.
Cover. Then the hard part is to let it sit for 14-20 hours.
Using a filter, strain the grounds out with a fine mesh strainer.

Pour filtered cold brew in a glass with ice.
Add cream or flavorings as desired.
Store cold brew in the fridge for up to a week.
