Measure 8 ounces of ice cubes in a large jar or measuring cup.

Place a strainer with a coffee filter filled with medium ground coffee on top.

Heat water to 205°F; begin pouring slowing to wet all the grounds, then let bloom for 30 seconds.

Work in batches, continuing to evenly pouring the hot water until all 16 ounces have been added.

Once it's all brewed, remove filter.

Pour the coffee into a glass with ice and enjoy!
