30-Minute Baked Shrimp Dip with Cream Cheese

Bake up this decadent hot shrimp dip made with a mixture of buttery shrimp, red bell peppers, green onions, cream cheese, mozzarella, cocktail sauce, and garlic. It’s creamy with chunks of juicy shrimp in each bite! This hot appetizer dip is a definite crowd-pleaser!

Simple Ingredients:

- Raw Shrimp - Red Bell Pepper - Green Onions - Cream Cheese - Sour Cream - Cocktail Sauce - Garlic - Lemon - White Pepper - Paprika - S&P

The Shrimp

Using raw, peeled and deveined shrimp is best!

Be sure to pat them dry and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Fresh or Frozen

Saute red bell pepper, garlic, and scallions in butter.

Add shrimp and cook until *just* pink.

Remove from heat and use kitchen shears to cut the shrimp into bite sized pieces.

In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheese, sour cream, spices, and cocktail sauce.

Once combined, fold in the shrimp mixture.

Spread in an small baker and bake at 350F until bubbly and golden.
