- all-purpose flour - baking soda - baking powder - salt - cinnamon - white sugar - brown sugar - unsalted butter - eggs - apple cider - vanilla - Honeycrisp apple
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Line 12 muffin tins with muffin liners.
Combine butter, eggs, cider and vanilla. Then stir in the dry ingredients and apples.
Be careful to not overmix the batter, otherwise you'll end up with tough textured muffins.
Fill muffin tins with batter, then top with streusel.
Bake for 18 minutes, until the tops bounce back when lightly touched.
Drizzle icing on top of the muffins for a delicious addition!
Enjoy the fresh apple pieces throughout these fluffy muffins!
How do I store these muffins?
Store them in an airtight container. Because they have fresh fruit in them, I suggest storing them in the fridge to keep for a longer period of time.
