Apple Cider Streusel Muffins

Moist, tender-crumbed muffins made with apple cider, cinnamon, and apple pieces - they're easy to make and satisfy your fall breakfast craving!

- all-purpose flour - baking soda - baking powder - salt - cinnamon - white sugar - brown sugar - unsalted butter - eggs - apple cider - vanilla - Honeycrisp apple

PREPARATION

Preheat the oven to 350F.

Line 12 muffin tins with muffin liners.

Combine butter, eggs, cider and vanilla. Then stir in the dry ingredients and apples.

Be careful to not overmix the batter, otherwise you'll end up with tough textured muffins.
