Whisk together the stir fry sauce and set aside.
Stir Fry Sauce
Cut the broccoli - including the stem - into equal sized pieces.
Drizzle oil in a wok over medium-high heat and add broccoli florets and stems.
Add garlic and ginger, stirring to combine and watching so they don't burn.
Pour in the stir fry sauce and toss to coat completely. Simmer until thick and broccoli is crisp-tender.
Serve with rice and garnish with chopped peanuts and sliced scallions, if desired.
