Easy 5-Minute Chimichurri

Chimichurri is an incredibly versatile, flavorful sauce bursting with fresh parsley, oregano, pepper, and garlic!
GET THE RECIPE
Gather fresh parsley, oregano, garlic, peppers, red wine vinegar, lime juice, and oil.
In the bowl of a mini food processor, add garlic and peppers.
Pulse until coarsely chopped.
Add the remaining ingredients, except the oil.
Pulse until roughly chopped; you don't want them blended.
Transfer to a bowl and pour in the oil of choice.
Let sit for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to develop.
Serve over cauliflower steaks, grilled meats, or veggies.
