LAVENDER INFUSED FRENCH 75
A French 75 champagne cocktail, elevated with floral lavender simple syrup. It’s an elegant cocktail perfect for a holiday celebration or brunch!
- Dried Lavender Flowers - Sugar - Water - Vodka or Gin - Lemon Juice - Champagne or Prosecco
Combine lavender flowers, sugar, and water in a saucepan. Simmer and infuse.
Strain the lavender flowers from the simple syrup, into a jar.
Add simple syrup to a champagne flute.
Add fresh lemon juice.
Add vodka or gin to the glass, too. Swirl around to combine as needed.
Top off the cocktail with champagne or prosecco. Garnish with a lemon peel as desired.
