INGREDIENTS

- Spaghetti or Fusilli Pasta - Ricotta Cheese - Lemon Juice & Zest - Parmesan - S&P - Red Pepper Flakes - Butter - Garlic - Basil

Cook the pasta just under al dente; meanwhile, combine the ricotta sauce.

Drain the pasta, then melt butter in the pan and saute garlic.
