HERBY ROASTED GARLIC OLIVE OIL DIP

An easy olive oil dip loaded with herbs and roasted garlic, making it a super flavorful appetizer! Serve with warm crusty bread for the ultimate experience!

INGREDIENTS

- Garlic Bulb - Dried Herbs: rosemary,        basil, thyme,        oregano, parsley - High-quality olive oil - Red Pepper Flakes - Salt & Pepper - Squeeze of Lemon (opt)

PREPARATION

Preheat the oven to 425F to roast the garlic.

Cut the top off of a whole garlic bulb. Place in foil, drizzle with olive oil and salt, and roast for 20 minutes.

Combine the spices in a serving bowl or plate with edges.

When the garlic is tender, squeeze out the garlic bulbs. Chop, if desired.

Drizzle high-quality olive oil into the garlic and herb mixture.

Let the olive oil dip sit for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to develop.

Serve with warm bread for dipping. Spread the roasted garlic on for extra yumminess!
