Homemade Apple Fritters

Cinnamon Sugar Apple Fritters are a fall brunch or dessert recipe that's sure to please! Sweet and tart apple bits in a light, cinnamon batter, fried to a crisp exterior and coated in cinnamon sugar.

Just made a batch. Soooo good. Nice soft dough, full of apples, and the perfect sweetness. Just like the ones I used to get at the apple harvest festival. Highly recommend. -Patti

INGREDIENTS

- apples - lemon juice - cinnamon - sugar - flour - baking powder - egg - milk - vanilla - butter - vegetable oil

Combine diced apples with lemon juice, cinnamon, and sugar.

Combine the dry and wet ingredients separately, then gently mix together.

Dollop into hot oil and fry on each side for about 2 minutes each, until golden brown. Dip in cinnamon sugar, then set aside.

Enjoy fresh - those little bites of fresh apple are the best!
