Chive Butter

How to Make

When you have an abundance of this onion-flavored herb, make homemade compound chive butter and enjoy it with potatoes, fish, eggs, toast, and more! It's easy to make and can be frozen for later use.

INGREDIENTS

- Unsalted Butter - Chopped Chives - Salt

Stir together softened butter, chives, and salt until combined.

Place on parchment or plastic wrap and roll into a log; refrigerate until hardened (this just helps to cut rounds of it).
