Homemade Dill Pickle Popcorn

When homemade popcorn pairs up with dill popcorn seasoning, it's a match made in heaven. It's tangy, dill-forward, and savory! You won't be able to get enough of this easy snack. Even better? It's ready in just 5 minutes!

INGREDIENTS

- Popcorn Kernels - Oil of Choice - ButterĀ  - Dried Dill Weed - Garlic Powder - Sea Salt - Pickle Juice

Stir together the dill, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper (if using) and set aside.

Pour oil into a large heavy-bottomed stockpot or Dutch oven.

Add 3 popcorn kernels over high heat. Cover, and wait for them to pop.

Once the kernels have popped, it's a signal that the oil is hot enough and the popcorn will pop evenly.

Immediately add the popcorn kernels to the pan.

Immediately cover and remove from heat, swooshing back and forth for 20 seconds.

Return back to the heat, and allow the popcorn kernels to pop away!

Pour the popcorn into a large serving bowl.

Toss with melted butter and pickle juice, making sure it's completely coated (a bowl with a lid helps!).

Sprinkle in the seasoning and toss well until the popcorn is completely and evenly coated.
