Flaky biscuits baked in garlic butter and topped with a mixture of melty cheddar cheese and parmesan. They’re the perfect side dish for cheese and garlic lovers!
Garlic Cheese Biscuits
Make the biscuit dough by cutting butter into the dry ingredients and gently stir in milk.
Press dough into a 10" circle, add cheese if desired, and fold over 3 times.
Press out the dough, then cut out 8 biscuits.
Melt butter in the skillet, then stir in minced garlic.
Top the biscuits with the melted garlic butter and cheese.
Bake for 15-19 minutes, then enjoy!
