cheddar cheese

butter 

garlic

milk

flour

Make the biscuit dough by cutting butter into the dry ingredients and gently stir in milk.

Press dough into a 10" circle, add cheese if desired, and fold over 3 times.

Press out the dough, then cut out 8 biscuits.

Melt butter in the skillet, then stir in minced garlic.

Top the biscuits with the melted garlic butter and cheese.

Bake for 15-19 minutes, then enjoy!
