INGREDIENTS

- Water - Sugar - Fresh Lemons

Zest the lemons using a microplane or grater.

Rub the zest and sugar together to release lemon oil and infuse the sugar.

Place the sugar and lemon juice in a saucepan and bring to a simmer until the sugar is dissolved.
