One Pot Mushroom Leek Pasta

INGREDIENTS

- Farfalle Pasta - Mushrooms - Leeks - Garlic - Vegetable Stock - ItalianĀ  - Butter - Parmesan Cheese

In a Dutch oven, aute the mushrooms over medium heat to release their liquid.

Once the liquid has evaporated and they're brown, melt butter and add leeks.
