PARMESAN THYME DROP BISCUITS

These easy drop biscuits are filled with parmesan cheese and fresh thyme for an elevated yet cozy homemade biscuit. They come together so quickly and are ready from start to finish in under 30 minutes

What are drop biscuits?

They are biscuits that don't require rolling, folding, or cutting dough. You simply drop the biscuit dough in "blobs" and bake!

INGREDIENTS

- All-Purpose Flour - Baking Powder - Sugar - Salt  - Butter - Milk - Thyme - Parmesan Cheese

Combine the dry ingredients in the bowl of a food processor (or a bowl).

Add cold, cubed butter and pulse until small pea-sized pieces form.

Add milk, thyme, and parmesan cheese.

Pulse until completely combined and a ball forms. Don't overmix.

Drop about 1/3 cup of dough onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.

Bake for 18-22 minutes until golden brown.

Serve warm with butter, honey, and flakey salt as desired.

Can I freeze these biscuits?

Yes, once baked the biscuits freeze beautifully for up to 3 months. Thaw at room temperature, warm if desired, and enjoy!
