Sour Cream and Onion Dip with Quick-Grilled Onions

Make homemade sour cream and onion dip on the grill! Grilling caramelizes the onion and garlic wonderfully, taking this classic chip dip’s flavor to a whole new level - no sautéing required!

INGREDIENTS

- Yellow Onion - Garlic - Sour Cream - Onion & Garlic Powder - Salt - Worcestershire Sauce

Prepare an onion by cutting off the top and bottom and removing the peel. Cut slices partially down the sides, and place garlic cloves in the layers.

Place on foil and top with cubed butter and seasonings.

Wrap and cook on the grill for 25 minutes until tender.

Chop the cooled onion and mix with the remaining ingredients (including the melted butter in the foil!).

Chill, then serve with potato chips or pretzels. Enjoy!
