Vegetarian Gravy with Fresh Herbs

Everyone will love this vegetarian gravy made with simple ingredients. It's smooth and luxurious, and bursting with flavor thanks to simmered yellow onion, garlic, and lots of fresh rosemary, sage, and thyme.

INGREDIENTS

- Butter - Onion - Garlic - Rosemary - Thyme - Sage - Oregano - Flour - Vegetable Stock & Bouillon

Melt butter in a large skillet and saute onion for 10 minutes.

Add smashed garlic and the sprigs of fresh herbs.

Move the herbs to one side and whisk in flour, cooking for 1-2 minutes.

Slowly whisk in vegetable stock until fully combined with the flour "paste" that formed.

Add the bouillon and drops of Worcestershire sauce; simmer for 15 minutes.

Place a fine mesh sieve over a bowl or measuring cup and strain out the pieces of onion and herbs.
