- Water - Granulated Sugar - Vanilla Bean                 Paste  

What is vanilla bean paste?

It's the best of both vanilla extract and a vanilla pod. It is a syrup-like mixture made with vanilla bean pods, which means no scraping for you but the beautiful specs and full flavor of the pods.

Add sugar and water to a saucepan. Stir to combine.

Simmer until sugar is dissolved and mixture is clear. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla bean paste.

Use immediately or transfer to an airtight container for storage in the fridge.
