Easy Vegetable Stir Fry

Make vegetable stir fry at home in less than 30 minutes from start to finish. Mix and match the veggies, and toss in a homemade stir fry sauce. It’s so easy to make, quick, healthy, and full of flavor. The whole family will love this recipe!

- Stir Fry Sauce (recipe             included!) - Yellow Onion - Mushrooms - Snap Peas - Carrot - Broccoli - Bell Pepper - Water Chestnuts - Garlic - Ginger

Can I use different vegetables?

Whisk together the stir fry sauce and set aside.

Heat a wok or large skillet with a little oil, then add onion slices and mushrooms.

Add the longer-to-cook veggies like carrots, broccoli, and snap peas.

Then add bell peppers, garlic, ginger, and water chestnuts.

Pour in the stir fry sauce and toss to coat completely.

Simmer until sauce is thick and veggies are tender yet crisp.

Serve with rice, if desired, and enjoy!
