Vegetarian Baked Ziti with Herb Ricotta

INGREDIENTS

- Mirepoix - Bell Pepper - Basil - Parsley - Rosemary - Thyme - Oregano - Ziti - Ricotta - Mozzarella

Add San Marzano whole peeled tomatoes and the chopped herbs.
