Peach White Wine Slushies are a frozen cocktail dream-come-true! They're ready in 5 minutes (as long as you already have frozen peaches), require just two ingredients, and are super refreshing on a hot summer day!
Ingredients
375mlWhite Wine (like Sauvignon Blanc ), this is a half-bottle or 1 can of wine
In a high-speed blender, add white wine and frozen peaches. Blend on high until fully combined and smooth, scraping the sides as needed.
Taste test, and add sugar/honey if needed, blending again until combined. You can also add more peaches or wine to reach your desired texture.
Pour into 2-4 glasses, and serve immediately. You can also place the slushie mix back in the freezer for 30 minutes for a firmer texture.
Notes
Serving: 2-4
I recommend weighing out the peaches for best results, as measuring in a cup will vary depending on the size of your slices. Either way, feel free to adjust as desired!
To Freeze Fresh Peaches: Bring a large pot of water to a boil and score the end of the peaches by making an X. Place the scored peaches in the boiling water for 30 seconds; remove and immediately transfer to an ice bath. Once cooled, peel the skin off of the peaches at the X. Cut in half, then slice again, placing the slices on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Place in the freezer for at least 4-6 hours until fully frozen. Transfer to a bag or use as needed.
Make-Ahead: place the slushie mixture back in the freezer. When ready to serve, let thaw slightly at room temperature until you're able to scoop it. The texture will be icier, and you may want to blend it again to smooth it out.
