Homemade Lattes - use a mason jar and some muscle to froth milk, then pour over rich espresso or strong coffee and add in your favorite flavors. Making lattes at home has never been easier, you'll never need to leave your house for coffee again!
Brew espresso or strong coffee. Pour milk into a mason jar and microwave for 1 minute. Depending on your microwave, you may need to continue heating in 30-second increments up to another minute. You want the milk hot, but not boiling.

If making a mocha, add in chocolate chips. For a vanilla latte, add vanilla paste and stir. If making a caramel latte, add in caramel sauce and stir.
Put the lid on the mason jar, and shake vigorously for at least 1 minute. Hold the jar with a towel if it's too hot to hold, and very carefully open the lid away from your body. Pour the milk into the espresso. Top with whipped cream or drizzle as desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
Use caution when shaking and opening the mason jar! Make sure the lid is on tight, use a towel or pot-holder to hold the jar as needed, and open the lid carefully (I again, use a towel in hand).
