Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Be sure to taste test and adjust salt and pepper as needed.
⅓ cup fresh dill, 1 teaspoon garlic powder*, ½ teaspoon onion powder, ½ cup Greek yogurt, ½ cup sour cream, 1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice, ½ teaspoon fine sea salt, ⅛ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Store the dip in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
Notes
Garlic: for fresh garlic, press or grate 1 clove.
Dried Dill: to use dried dill instead, halve the amount.
