Ingredients
 

  • 2 cups diced peaches, approximately 2 large peaches
  • 1/3 cup red onion, diced
  • 1 small jalapeno, seeded and diced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 fresh lime, juiced
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  • Stir together all ingredients, adding salt to taste as desired. Store leftovers in an airtight container. The salsa is best eaten the day of making.
