Oven-Roasted Cauliflower Steaks

These roasted cauliflower steaks are seasoned to perfection with a savory mix of cumin and pepper, and oven-roasted until golden brown and tender with crispy, caramelized edges.

- Cauliflower
- Cumin
- White Pepper
- Garlic Powder
- Coriander
- Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper
PRINT THE RECIPE
Remove the larger leaves from a head of cauliflower.
Cut the excess stem from the bottom of the cauliflower so it can stand upright.
Cut a couple inches off of two sides of the cauliflower and save the florets for another use.
Cut 2-3 cauliflower steaks from the remaining center piece.
Brush each cauliflower steak with olive oil and the mixture of spices.
Place them on a baking sheet, evenly spread apart.
Bake for around 25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and caramelized.
Enjoy with a creamy sauce like tzatziki, sour cream, or cilantro lime sauce!
