Air Fried Artichoke Hearts (Frozen or Canned)

Make canned or frozen artichoke hearts in the air fryer in less than 10 minutes and revel in the crispy, tender texture with the delicate, nutty, sweet flavor. A delicious side dish, appetizer, or addition to pasta, salads, and more!

INGREDIENTS

- Frozen or  Canned Artichoke Hearts - Olive Oil - Seasoning of Choice (Lemon Pepper is our favorite!)

PREPARATION

No preheating, no thawing required! If using canned, drain and pat dry.

Toss frozen artichokes with olive oil and seasoning. Spread in as even of a layer as possible in the basket of the air fryer.

Air fry at 400°F for 8-10 for frozen, and 375°F for 6-8 minutes for canned.

Serve with a squeeze of fresh lemon and a dipping sauce if desired - try garlic aioli!
