How to Toast Breadcrumbs

INGREDIENTS

- unsalted butter - panko breadcrumbs - sea salt - garlic powder - Italian Herb Blend Optional: - grated parmesan - onion powder - black pepper

Melt butter or oil in a skillet over medium-low heat. Add panko and seasonings.

Stir to coat, then spread in an even layer across the pan.

Cook for 2 minutes, then stir and spread in another layer, continuing to stir more frequently until toasted.

Once golden brown, remove from the pan so they don't over cook with any residual heat.
