Rosemary Salmon Baked in a Foil Packet

This flakey, tender, juicy rosemary salmon makes dinner delicious and ready on the table in less than 30 minutes! It’s baked in a foil and parchment paper packet locks in moisture and flavor, making this an irresistible salmon recipe!

INGREDIENTS

- Side of Salmon (or fillets) - S&P - Red Pepper Flakes - Rosemary - Oil

Pat the fish dry and season with part of the salt.

Cut equally sized pieces of foil and parchment paper. Place the foil first, then the parchment, and place the salmon in the center. This will be the packet later on.

Finely chop the rosemary and combine it with the red pepper flakes, additional salt, and black pepper.

Drizzle the salmon with olive oil then spread the rosemary mixture across the top, gently patting as needed.

Fold the long edge of the foil/parchment together, then crimp the sides together to create the packet. Bake for 18-24 minutes.

Try the flake test to determine doneness, or remove around 140F and let it come to temperature.
