SMALL BATCH SOFT CHOCOLATE CHIP M&M COOKIES

You'll fall in love with this quick, one bowl, small batch cookie recipe!  It's the perfect balance of soft, slightly chewy chocolate chip cookies with the crunch of an M&M shell with melty chocolate.

INGREDIENTS

- Butter - Granulated Sugar - Brown Sugar - Egg - Vanilla Extract - Salt - Baking Soda - All-Purpose Flour - Chocolate Chips and/or        M&Ms

Can I make the dough ahead of time?

Absolutely! Prepare the dough, then store it in the fridge or freeze dough balls. You can also freeze the baked cookies once they've cooled.

Melt butter, then whisk in sugars, egg, and vanilla extract.

Stir in dry ingredients until combined, adding chocolate just before the dough is completely mixed.

Top with additional M&Ms or chocolate as desired, then bake until the edges are golden brown.
