Tofu Stir Fry with Broccoli

Crispy tofu paired with broccoli florets, diced carrot, and bell pepper are tossed in a homemade stir-fry sauce. It's a hearty vegetarian dinner ready in under 30 minutes!

INGREDIENTS

- Stir Fry Sauce (recipe             included!) - Extra Firm Tofu - Carrot - Broccoli - Bell Pepper - Garlic - Ginger

Can I use different vegetables?

Absolutely! This recipe is SUPER customizable - you can use veggies you love or have on hand.

Whisk together the stir fry sauce and set aside.

Toss cubed tofu with cornstarch, salt, and pepper.

Pan-fry the tofu over medium-high heat until all sides are golden brown and crispy.

Remove the tofu, then cook the broccoli and carrots.

Add sliced red bell pepper and garlic.

Pour in the stir fry sauce and add the tofu back to the wok; simmer until sauce thickens.

Serve with rice, if desired, and enjoy!
