INGREDIENTS

- ripe avocados - lemon or lime - olive oil - salt, optional to taste

Cut the avocado into quarters, removing the pit. Peel the outside.

Add all of the ingredients to the bowl of a food processor, reserving the oil as desired.

Pulse until smooth and combined, scraping the sides as needed.
